Where
Amalfi.
Was born.
According to legend, it was Hercules who founded Amalfi, out of love.
He chose this stretch of coast to lay the nymph Amalfi to rest, his beloved,
as beautiful as the light of the South.
That name — Amalfi — has remained carved in stone, between the blue of the sea and the yellow of the citrus groves, like a promise of eternity.
We were born here. We live these places every day; we know their dawns, their silences, the rhythm of the seasons.
It is our everyday horizon.
Here, where the scent of lemon blends with the salt air, where plants grow precariously on the rocks,
and silence carries the sound of water cascading down the mountains, our gin is born. Not by chance.
Amalfi Gin is a distillate faithful to this place: fresh citrus peels handpicked, essential botanicals,
an artisanal method that shuns shortcuts.
Every drop captures the identity of this land: intense, pure, unmistakable.
A gin that does not chase trends, but walks along ancient paths, like those leading to the sea at sunset.
We have only listened to the landscape—and translated its voice into aroma.
The values
Grown nearby,
handpicked
Every peel we use comes from groves whose growers we know by name. We don’t just select the citrus: we talk with those who tend them, wait for the right moment to harvest, and distill them while still fresh. Working with local citrus isn’t a marketing choice. It’s our way of giving back value to the land that raised us. Because those born here don’t look elsewhere: they cultivate the best of what surrounds them.
Inside every bottle,
our Coast
Who drinks Amalfi Gin
should feel the salty breeze,
the peel grated between their fingers, the shadow of the pergolas
after the sun.
We distill our landscape as it is: clear, direct, authentic.
Without artifices.
With all its strength.
We’re not interested in exotic notes. What matters to us
is the scent of the air
after the rain.
Do less,
but do it well
We don’t add. We take away.
We remove the superfluous,
the shortcuts, the idea that
a gin must astonish at all costs.
We use only what is truly needed: fresh peels, real botanicals, patience.
For us, being artisanal means taking the time to do things properly.
People,
not processes
Behind every bottle
there is us.
Our family, our farmer friends, those who have been distilling with us from the start.
Those who bottle with care, those who print a label
and check it twice.
We have chosen to work this way: little, but well,
with respect.
Our gin is born
in Amalfi. But even before that, it is born among people who trust each other.
